Dr Robert Karp was installed as the 107th President of the Montgomery County Medical Society at a recent Executive Board recognition dinner. This is Dr. Karp’s second term as MCMS President, having served in 2007. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1987, he interned at the University of Massachusetts and completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Massachusetts from 1988-92. Dr. Karp then did his plastic surgery residency from 1992-94 at Georgetown University Hospital. Specializing in plastic surgery, his office is located in Rockville, MD. He and his wife Andrea currently live in Bethesda, MD.
