CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP

The Corporate Partnership Program is a comprehensive effort that offers our community partners the opportunity to showcase their products and services to our physician members. Approved partners are invited to participate in a number of MCMS functions, and may take advantage of advertising opportunities that are granted as a part of sponsorship. In brief, the program is designed to put vendors and advertisers in direct contact with MCMS members through:

• Direct exposure to over 1,600 physicians in Montgomery County and over 8,500 in the Washington Metropolitan Area;
• Advertising opportunities in MCMS Publications;
• Networking opportunities at Meetings and Events;
• Presence on the MCMS Web-site;
• Priority positioning at trade shows and in promotional printed materials; and
• Presence of promotional materials at MCMS meetings;

MCMS ADVISORY BOARD

By Invitation Only
The primary role of the Advisory Board is to develop a mutually-beneficial relationship between MCMS and members of the Advisory Board in an effort to (1) advise MCMS on trends and issues which impact medical practices and MCMS member physicians and practice administrators; (2) make recommendations to MCMS for development of new or enhanced member services, activities, and programs, and for MCMS to do the same for the individual Advisory Board members as is appropriate; and (3) encourage co-marketing or other cooperative activities between Advisory Board members to enhance individual organizational success within the physician community. Invitations are extended to proven, reputable companies which have worked with MCMS for many years, and their representation on the Advisory Board is exclusive in their category of service.

Annual Fee: $3,000.00
Free Main Event Trade Show Booth
As a corporate sponsor, you will receive a complimentary booth with priority positioning at MCMS's Main Event Trade Show that takes place each year in March. The show is the largest medical trade show of its kind in this area, attracting more than 500 physicians and their staffs.
Free General Membership Meeting Booth
The Montgomery County Medical Society conducts membership meetings held on the third Tuesday of September, January and April. Sponsors receive one free general membership meeting booth at a regularly scheduled meeting of their choice.
Two Free Eighth Page Advertisements in Rounds
Rounds is MCMS's quarterly newsletter containing legislative updates and news items of importance to our members. Sponsors receive two free business size ads in this publication.
Logo Link on MCMS Website, plus a One Month Feature
As a sponsor, your organization will have its logo displayed on the MCMS Web site during the term of the sponsorship. Your organization will also be offered the opportunity to submit a feature that will be posted on the site for one month to market product(s) and/or service(s) to Web site visitors.
Free listing in the Practice Administrators' Management Notebook
Sponsors receive a free listing in the resource section of the practice management notebook that is distributed to MCMS Practice Administrators, and updated regularly with information important to running a medical office.
Listing of Company's Name on All MCMS Meeting Programs
The Montgomery County Medical Society conducts a number of meetings throughout the year including general membership meetings, two trade shows, special programs and awards dinners, and the annual meeting. Sponsors will be identified in materials given to meeting attendees.
One Free MCMS Membership Mailing Address Disk
Sponsors receive one free MCMS membership mailing disk with MCMS members' names and addresses. MCMS will update your list one time during your sponsorship.
Use of the MCMS Sponsor Logo
Sponsors will receive a sponsor logo for use in promotional efforts to our members. This logo identifies your organization as a sponsor and supporter of MCMS.
Complimentary Dinner at a General Membership Meeting
Sponsors will have the opportunity to network with MCMS members when they receive one complimentary dinner at any of the regularly scheduled general membership meeting.
Placement of Promotional Materials at All General Membership Meetings
The Montgomery County Medical Society regularly conducts membership meetings held on the third Tuesday of September, January and April. Sponsors will be offered the opportunity to place promotional materials, including giveaways, at these meetings.

Rounds is MCMS's quarterly newsletter containing legislative updates and news items of importance to our members.

MEMBERADVANTAGE- AFFINITY MEMBERS

Annual Fee: $1,000
Affinity Sponsors must demonstrate a real discount for MCMS members. Participants may work toward sponsorship level through pay-per-client commissions to MCMS.
Benefits will include the following:

• Use of Affinity Member Logo according to usage guidelines
  Member will receive the new MemberAdvantage logo.
• Listing of Affinity Partners in each issue of Rounds

  A boxed ad will be placed in each issue of Rounds explaining the program and listing the partners by category.

• Listing of Affinity Partners on our website with detail of services and discounts

  A page will be developed listing the members by category, the special offer, and website and other contact information.  Until our new site is developed, the MemberAdvantage program will be placed in the boxed area now assigned to Practice Management Resources which will either become a member of the program or put in a separate place on the home page.

• Rolodex Promotion

  A Rolodex card will be printed with contact information for members and an MCMS phone / extension where they can call for update members.

• Fifty Percent off Advertising Rates in Rounds newsletter

  A special member rate card will be developed listing 50% off advertising rates).

• Exposure at MCMS General Membership Meeting and Trade Show

  Flyers will be distributed at General Membership meetings and an insert will be in program at trade show listing members

• Insert in dues bills and other mailings listing current members and directing to website and phone listing for updates. 

  Size 10 (standard envelope size) slips will be made listing members and contact information.  These will be inserted into dues bills, and any other mailing sent to MCMS members.

• Free Announce to Membership Upon initiation
• Company brochure  included in all new member packets
• First opportunity to participate in MCMS activities
