Applications for MDPCP
We are excited to announce that the Request for Applications (RFA) for PY2024 of the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) is now officially available. The application period for new participants including primary care practices, FQHCs, and CTOs will be open until Monday, July 17th, at 11:59 pm.
Interested applicants are encouraged to view our Recruiting Events Calendar and register for one of our upcoming webinars, including an Application Walkthrough and Q&A Session on Friday, June 16, at 12pm. Recordings of previous presentations for practices and FQHCs with more detail on the program are also available. Please visit the application page of our website for more information.
